By creating an account and using Bluumvault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Bluumvault is a saved content intelligence platform. It connects to social accounts you authorise, ingests metadata about your saved content, and uses AI to generate personal insight reports. The service is provided as-is during its early access period.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your data. By connecting a platform account, you grant Bluumvault a limited licence to access and process your saved content metadata for the sole purpose of generating your reports. We do not publish or share your content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, scrape other users data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimers

AI-generated reports are for informational and reflective purposes only. Bluumvault makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any report.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
